What we delete & what we keep
When you submit this request we permanently delete the personal data tied to your Legacy account — your profile, preferences, saved causes, and account credentials.
Where you've made donations through Legacy, UK charity and tax regulations oblige us to retain a limited record of the transaction (including Gift Aid declarations, the donation amount, date, and recipient charity) for up to seven years. These records are kept in line with HMRC and Charity Commission requirements and are not used for marketing or profiling. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
